ITALY: Free Shipping!

EUROPE: 20€ - Free shipping for orders over € 400

REST OF THE WORLD: 30€ - Free shipping for orders over € 400

  • For in-stock items orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For out of stock items please allow 3 to 4 weeks for handcrafting before shipping.

  • Delivery could take from 3 to 10 working days.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Each country has different laws, custom and importation taxes.

  • Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout and they are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.

  • Payment of any duties and import taxes, although charges are not always incurred, is the responsibility of the client, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country so the customer should contact the local customs for further information.

RETURN POLICY

  • Luca Larenza is committed to customer satisfaction.

  • If for any reason you are not happy with an order, full priced item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for size exchange or refund.

  • All sale items, including items purchased at a discount during a promotion, are final sale.

  • Please be sure about the item(s) you purchased before to remove tag(s) and/or wear it.

  • If the item(s) is altered in any way, Luca Larenza will consider the item(s) worn and it will not be able to offer you any size exchange or refund.

  • If you wish to return your order please send an email to info@lucalarenza.com within 14 days from the delivery date indicating Order Number, Name(s) of the item(s) to be returned, and whether you wish a size exchange or a refund.

  • You will receive an email with all the information you need to return back your order included returns address in Italy, packing and shipping instruction.

  • Please note that customer is responsible for shipping costs in regards to returns.

1. Size exchange

  • Be sure about your size before to place an order.

  • If you have any doubt regarding available sizes, please drop an email to info@lucalarenza.com before to purchase.

  • For rings you can also use Luca Larenza Size Chart.

  • If your size is not in-stock please allow 3 to 4 weeks for handcrafting before shipping back.

2. Refund

  • Refunds will be processed within one week of receipt of returned items and it will be credited back to the credit card or the PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase.

  • You will receive an email once your order has been refunded.
